FAQs

How do I book classes?

Please message Cathy to book your free telephone consultation.  This gives you the opportunity to share your reasons for enquiring about Pilates, and to discuss any injuries, conditions or general aches and pains you may have and what you hope to achieve with short and long term goals on your Pilates journey.  Once your class is booked, you will be asked to fill out a Client Enrolment form which must be completed and returned before your first class.  The information on the form enables Cathy to make an assessment of your needs and to ensure a suitable programme can be carefully planned for your first session leading to your longer term goals.

How do I pay for my classes?

Classes can be paid for by cash on the day, or bank transfer no later than 24 hours in advance.     If paying by bank transfer, please use your name as a reference so your payment can be recognised.

A cancellation policy of full payment is required if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the class.

What Should I Wear?

Please wear non-restrictive clothing such as leggings, tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt.   Socks can be worn but these should be non-slip, alternatively bare feet.  Please avoid baggy clothes so correct posture and alignment can be easily observed.

Do I need any equipment?

All equipment is provided, however if you prefer you may bring your own mat and head cushions and any other personal equipment which may be used during a session.

Please get in touch with Cathy and she will chat through your needs and answer any queries you may have regarding Pilates and the classes offered.
